Cycling in the mountains around St. Anton
The signposted mountain bike trails start at the ARLBERG-well.com in the village centre of St. Anton which is 3 to 5 minutes by bike from the Hotel Arlmont. After this warm-up exercise, you can ride uphill in the direction of Verwall, Moostal, Rendl, Gampen-Kapall or cycle out of the valley along the Rosanna trail, a flat cycle path suitable for the whole family.
More than 3,800 kilometres of official mountain bike routes make Tyrol first-class bikers’ territory. St. Anton am Arlberg is of course also part of that. The "Best of the Alps" tourist destination offers particularly attractive routes over a good mountain bike network of approx. 200 kilometres.
Would you like to skip the climb and start your bike tour directly on the mountain? The Rendlbahn gondola transports bikes for free. From the top station, a forest path leads into the charming Moostal valley where managed alpine huts, the Kartell reservoir and another mountain bike tour to the Darmstätter Hütte await.

Rent a top modern and serviced e-bike at one of the sports shops in St. Anton, get an introduction by the specialist staff and off you go! With the St. Anton Summer Card, you even have the opportunity to rent an e-bike for free for two hours and to take part in a guided e-bike tour at a reduced rate.
If you want to improve your riding technique, experts are also available to assist you. The guides of the h2o E-Bike Academy help you improve your braking technique, show you how to shift gears effectively and provide safety training for particular situations. The local guides will also take you to the most picturesque places considering your wishes and skills, making your e-bike tour a memorable experience.
