Completely relaxed.
The massages at MONT SPA are more than mere relaxation – they work on body and mind.
A holiday for your muscles.
As one of humankind's oldest healing practices, these traditional techniques are used not only to release muscular tension but to care for your wellbeing as a whole. Our qualified physiotherapists make sure you can let go completely.
What our treatments can do: reduce stress, ease pain, relax the muscles, release adhesions and blockages, and boost circulation. Especially recommended, by the way, after a visit to the fitness area – or after a long day on the mountain.
Which one will it be?
Full-Body Relaxation Massage
Complete rejuvenation and self-care: muscles, tendons, ligaments and tissue are worked deeply – from the feet, through the back and arms, to the neck and shoulder area. Tired muscles are revitalised.
Sports Massage (Deep Tissue)
On holiday, you swap your office chair for hiking boots or ski gear – and your muscles need time to adjust. This sports massage uses firmer pressure to ensure that no sore muscles remain after a long day on the mountain.
Head, Neck and Shoulders
Complete relaxation and stress relief: traditional Indian head massage can help counteract headaches – and leave you feeling recharged.
Skier's Legs
After a long day on the slopes, your feet can feel sore, stiff and achy. This sports massage revives tired legs, relieves muscle soreness and boosts circulation.
Foot Massage & Reflexology
Our feet contain a particularly large number of reflex zones that affect the entire body. This deep foot massage improves energy flow and reduces stress.
Myofascial Release Massage
Complete relaxation for the back and body: this treatment releases deep-seated tension in the fascial tissue.
