Summer in St. Anton is full of variety – from a round of golf to a bike tour into the picturesque Verall, or challenging routes through the Lechtal Alps. Arlmont is the ideal base for it all. For an active day, hiking trails, bike routes and the golf course are right on your doorstep. "Don't miss it" – that phrase always makes us a little sceptical. But we'd still like to share our best tips with you – and inspire you to discover our favourite spots for yourself.
Dumpling tip: a 25 km ride on the e-mountain bike through the Moostal to the Darmstädter Hütte: these dumplings are worth it. Our favourites: beetroot dumplings and the tomato-mozzarella variation.
Swimming in the mountains: on hot days we hike to the Albonaseen, Langsee or Maiensee and dare to take the plunge into the very cool water.
Over the mountain: an excursion to the idyllic Bregenzerwald – craftsmanship, cheese culture and breathtaking scenery.
Important Questions
What is included in the St. Anton Mobility Card?
From your first night: buses, one admission each to Museum St. Anton, the Bergbau Gand mine and the Tyrolean evening, the torchlit walk, a guided hike and the children's programme from Monday to Friday. At no extra charge.
Are the mountain lifts included?
Not included in the Mobility Card. The mountain railways, the swimming pools and the golf green fee are included in the Summer Card Premium, which you can add for three, five or seven days.
Is there a golf course nearby?
The 9-hole golf course is right next to the hotel. A playing proficiency certificate is required. A green fee is included in the Sommer-Karte Premium.
Is the Rooftop Pool open in summer?
Yes, the heated Rooftop Pool is open year-round – perfect for cooling off in summer.
Do the rooms have a mountain view?
The Double Room Mountain View and the suites look out onto the golf course and the mountains. The new Garden Suites have direct garden access.
