Best enjoyed outdoors
Big mountain adventures that start right at the hotel. Hiking and cycling trails leading through breathtaking nature to peaks and alpine pastures. And a summer holiday you won't forget.
Reaching new heights on foot
The nature around St. Anton reveals its full beauty in summer: rugged mountains rise into the sky above green meadows and forests. Countless hiking trails thread through this landscape like a fine web: 300 kilometres of marked mountain paths lead to summit crosses and staffed mountain huts. And where do we like to go ourselves? Markus' favourite is the Berggeistweg above St. Christoph.
A 9-hole golf course, thoroughly alpine
The 9-hole golf course of Golf-Club Arlberg is right next to the hotel. Golfing here takes more than a handicap certificate – you'll also need good fitness: the fairways run up and down against an alpine backdrop.
Tip: Dumpling tour by e-bike
The best dumplings in the region call for some sporting stamina: the route covers 25 kilometres by (e-)bike from St. Anton via the Moostal to the Darmstädter Hütte. Our favourites there: beetroot dumplings and the tomato and mozzarella variation.
Jagged peaks, sharp as shark's teeth
The Arlberg via ferrata, with its rugged rock formations, is a challenge for fit and experienced climbers. For an easier way into the sport, try the high ropes course in the Verwall or the Schnanner Klamm gorge.
