For your comfort, every room is equipped with our plush terry robes.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 07:30 - 10:00 am

If you want to invite friends for breakfast / dinner, please let us know. If you have to leave early in the morning on your departure day, please ask our reception about the possibilities.

Cancellation policy

Summer:

• Non-refundable rate:
  > Cancellation is not possible free of charge
  > Cancellations, no shows and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation value (100%).
• Flexible rate:
  > up to 7 days prior to arrival: cancellation is free of charge
  > Cancellations later than 6 days priror to arrival, no shows and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation value (100%).

Winter:

• Non-refundable rate:
  > Cancellation is not possible free of charge
  > Cancellations, no shows and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation value (100%).
• Flexible rate:
  > up to 21 days priror to arrival: cancellation is free of charge
  > Cancellations later than 21 days priror to arrival, no shows and early check-outs are responsible for payment of the entire reservation value (100%).

Please note that cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Note: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

Check-In

Your room is ready for check-in by 3:00pm.

Check-Out

We kindly ask you to clear the room by 10:00am.
As our next guests are already on their way, we ask for your understanding.

Children

We charge the following for children:

• 0-1 years: free of charge
• 2-4 years: 20%
• 5-7 years: 40%
• 8-12 years: 60%
• 13+ years: 80%

of the current period - person price. This prices are only for children / teenagers who sleep in the parents' room in an extra bed. Sleeping in the parents’ bed is not possible.

Please note: For bookings that deviate from the standard occupancy, please contact the reception in advance.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and EC Card.
Please take note of your card limits!

Dinner in Summer

During summer we serve dinner between 6pm and 8.30pm.
Suitable clothing is requested.

Dinner in Winter

During winter we serve dinner between 7pm and 8.30pm.
Suitable clothing is requested.

Electrical Current

220 Volts, 50 Hz; Austria uses the Type F Electrical Outlet. Type F receptacles will also accept Type C and Type E plugs.

At Blumen Jehle you are sure to find the perfect gift. Flower orders can also be placed by telephone. We are happy to take care of your flower orders over the phone.

In our sauna / rooftop pool you can expect "peace and relaxation".

Shopping

For all your ski rental needs, visit our partner Jennewein pure sports. A retail store just a few steps away, offering active clothing, street fashion and ski gear. Use the online shop and selcet Sport Jennewein Ski In Nasserein. If you book your equipment online 36 hours in advance, you will receive a -13% discount.

Ski Pass

For your convenience, you can buy your ski pass directly at our reception desk. We are using the Hotel Ski Pass System provided by Arlberger Bergbahnen which accepts all major credit cards.

Smoking Policy

Please note that we are a non-smoking property! Smoking is only permitted on our exterior balconies and patios or elsewhere outdoors. For the sake of our environment, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Underground Parking Area

We provide underground parking - free of charge. Should you wish to stay a little longer on your day of departure and enjoy another day of skiing or hiking, please stop by our reception desk to ask for possibilities.

Village Center

The heart of St. Anton is just a 10 minute walk away. The complimentary ski bus, line 4, links the hotel with the village centre; a night bus (fee-based) is operating as well. For detailed information on bus services and schedules please stop by our reception desk.
