The wines from our selected winemakers provide the perfect accompaniment to the evening menu. These include, among others, the Cuvée "Kalk & Schiefer" and the Rosé "Hahn oder Henne" from the Pasler brothers in Burgenland – or the four organic wines from Zuschmann-Schöfmann in the Weinviertel. For dinner, we kindly ask for a reservation. ### Is half board available? Yes, included with every stay – but not in the usual way: you enjoy the breakfast buffet each morning, while in the evening there's no set menu. Instead, you put together your own three- to four-course meal from our à la carte selection. ### Is there a children's menu? Yes, a dedicated menu is available for our youngest guests. ### Can allergies be taken into account? Yes – please let us know when booking, so our kitchen can plan accordingly. ### Is there a dress code? We kindly ask for appropriate attire at dinner, rather than ski suits, cycling gear or swimwear.
