Information to 

Your vacation and COVID-19

Starting on 10th of June 2021, the following rules apply:

  • In general:
    - 1 m instead of 2 m distance
    - 10 m² per guest instead of 20 m²
    - curfew at midnight (gastronomy, leisure areas, meetings)
    - 3G certificates remain (see below)
    - No masks outside for guests
  • Restaurant and Gastronomy Areas:
    - at the table: 8 adults indoors / 16 adults outdoors
      (plus unlimited number of children;
      any number of households)
  • Leisure / sport / wellness
    - 10 m² per visitor at a distance of 1 m

Starting on 1st of July 2021, the following rules are expected:

  • If no valid negative test result, vaccination certificate or a confirmation of an overcome COVID-19 illness (3-G rule) can be presented, a mask must be worn inside the respective business premises.
  • Presumably, there will be no minimum distance and capacity restrictions anymore.
  • No curfew

Arrival:

  • Take FFP2 masks with you
    We ask you to pack your own FFP2 masks for the whole duration of your stay.
  • Online check-in
    To shorten the check-in on site, we ask you to send us any missing data in advance. We will send you a corresponding email before arrival, please also check your junk and spam mail.
  • "3 G rule"
    (short for German “geimpft, getestet, genesen – vaccinated, tested, recovered”) 

    - The current obligation to register all travellers is fulfilled automatically due to the compulsory registration of all guests, including providing telephone and e-mail addresses.
    - A valid negative test result, a vaccination certificate or confirmation of a coronavirus disease must be presented on arrival. Check-in without one of these three criteria is NOT possible. Note the different validities here.
    - Access tests can be presented in two forms:
    Antigen tests (valid 48h) and PCR tests (valid 72h). On-site tests are not possible on the day of arrival. Please organize the access test yourself prior to arrival.
    - People, who have ovecome a corona disease, are exempt from the obligation to test six months after recovery. A medical, molecular biological (PCR) confirmation is required.
    - Evidence of neutralizing antibodies, which must not be older than 3 months, also counts as an exemption.
    - Vaccinated people can be exempted from the obligation to test. This applies from the 22nd day after the first vaccination, whereby this must not be more than 3 months ago, or for second vaccinations, which must not be more than 9 months ago.
    - Children up to the age of 10 are exempt from the obligation to test.
    - If the stay is longer than the validation of the entry test, a negativ antigen test must be presented every 48h after the expiry of the entry test. 
  • Possibility of testing
    - on-site at the pharmacy or doctor, but only by appointment. Rapid antigen test: EUR 35 per person (result will be available in 15 minutes). PCR test: EUR 120.00 per person (result is available within 24 hours)

Hygiene

Hygiene has always been a top priority for us: all areas are cleaned thoroughly every day and cleaned with disinfectant-containing cleaning agents in accordance with current hygiene standards.

  • Working with a FFP2 mask: For your safety, all employees wear FFP2 masks. You will find that a true smile can always be read from the eyes.
  • Disinfection dispenser: Since you cannot wash your hands everywhere, there are numerous disinfection dispensers available to you as a guest in the hotel.

Mont SPA & POOL

  • ALL SPA AREAS ARE OPEN
  • Keep your distance: Please also mind the general minimum distance of 1 meter in the wellness area.
  • Maximum number of people: A maximum of 4 people may be in the different sauna cabins at the same time. And in the rooftop pool 8 people can be seen at the same time on the water surface.
  • Spa opening times:
    Mont Spa: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m.
    Rooftop pool: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
    Fitness: 24 hours
    Massage: 2 p.m. - 8 p.m., 6 days a week

Summer 2021 cancellation

  • up to 8 days before arrival free cancellation
  • within the last 7 days before arrival 100%.
    This also applise to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card

With an ACTIVE TRAVEL WARNING for the LOCATION St. Anton am Arlberg (located in the state of Tirol), you can cancel one day before your arrival free of charge. However, this only applies to an upright travel warning.

Should a new lockdown be imposed shortly before your vacation and the Austrian Government orders a travel ban, we are not allowed to keep your prepayment or charge you for cancellation fees and therefore our cancellation policy would become void.

However, should a lockdown happen but the travel ban is lifted before your arrival then our normal cancellation terms come in to effect again.

Winter 21/22 cancellation

  • up to 31 days before arrival free cancellation
  • from 30 days up to 8 days before arrival 70%
  • within the last 7 days before arrival 100% this also applise to no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures. In case of cancellation we charge the correct cancellation fee from your credit card
